Free range big trophy Axis deer, plus sika and blackbuck along with barasinga and Aoudad, and plentiful native game including whitetails, hogs, quail and turkeys. Location. This ranch is southwest of Junction, on the Sutton-Edwards County line. It is well away from city lights, in the scenic and tranquil Texas Hill Country.

Terrain. The countryside has rolling hills and many trees. There are a number of locations with beautiful long range views of the hills. Numerous

shin oak trees provide excellent food sources for the deer. Other trees include juniper or cedar, live oak, a few red oaks and some mesquite.

Improvements. There are 3 cabins fully furnished, with 3 refrigerators and 3 stoves and 2 laundry rooms with appliances. All three cabins have Central HVAC. There are 5 bedrooms and a loft total, 4 bathrooms. 10 x 52 covered porch on the main cabin. A detached carport shades the vehicles, two RV hook-ups, 8 x 16 storage building, walk-in cooler, skinning rack, fenced and shaded dog pen. Satellite tv reception in all cabins. So it is a well equipped ranch headquarters.

Water. Water supply to the cabins is from a well with good quality water. It is 360 feet deep, 5 gpm, and has an 1,150 gallon poly storage tank. The well also supplies a water trough for the wildlife.

Wildlife. Many kinds of wildlife are plentiful here ! Big Trophy Axis bucks and trophy blackbucks are seen often. Sika and aoudad are seen occasionally. There are many whitetail deer, plus turkeys, barasinga, quail and hogs as well.

You can hunt year round on this ranch !

Comments. Only hunted by family or friends for 14 yrs. Owners have found a number of artifacts in multiple locations. It has a phenomenal dark sky with views of the milky way and innumerable stars. The owners state that their neighbors are amazing. They support and watch out for each other.
