shin oak trees provide excellent food sources for the deer. Other trees include juniper or cedar, live oak, a few red oaks and some mesquite.

Water. Water supply to the cabins is from a well with good quality water. It is 360 feet deep, 5 gpm, and has an 1,150 gallon poly storage tank. The well also supplies a water trough for the wildlife.

Wildlife. Many kinds of wildlife are plentiful here ! Big Trophy Axis bucks and trophy blackbucks are seen often. Sika and aoudad are seen occasionally. There are many whitetail deer, plus turkeys, barasinga, quail and hogs as well.

You can hunt year round on this ranch !

Comments. Only hunted by family or friends for 14 yrs. Owners have found a number of artifacts in multiple locations. It has a phenomenal dark sky with views of the milky way and innumerable stars. The owners state that their neighbors are amazing. They support and watch out for each other.
