This property sits in the middle of several large crop farms that provide groceries to the resident area deer herd. There is a small wood stove in the cabin as well for heat. This one is pretty special between the secluded location with access off of a paved road, the great deer hunting, a quiet cabin in the pines, and the cash rent for income.
