Tract Description: Ashley County Road 262 provides excellent access to the south end of the property with access to the north end of the property via an unimproved woods road off Ashley County Road 261 through adjacent landowners. Per the NRCS Web Soil Survey the predominate soils are Arkabutla and Bude silt loams with an average native site index for loblolly pine of ninety-one (91) feet (base age 50). The timber on the tract consists of both natural pine and hardwood sawtimber and both merchantable and pre-merchantable planted pine plantations.
