There is excellent access to I-5 at Exit 16, the location of ilani Casino Resort owned by the Cowlitz Tribe. Vancouver is a thirty-minute drive from Bald Mountain Tree Farm.

The property has 80 acres of well-stocked six-year old Douglas-fir; the balance of 240 acres was replanted in Spring, 2021. The tree farm is primarily Douglas-fir Sites I and II, which are highly productive growing sites, providing a new owner with opportunity to have an estate home site, or to divide the property into three estate home sites, each with views and a 100 acre tree farm.

There is an easement from the end of NE 94th Avenue through a gated entry to the southern boundary.

The Seller submitted application to Clark County Community Planning for a legal lot determination on the two 40 acre tax parcels in the southern section of the property.
