The Martin Creek Tract (Listing #5035) is located about two (2) miles south of Princeton, Arkansas and described as S, Section 9, Township 9 South, Range 15 West, containing 320 acres, more or less, Dallas County, Arkansas (see maps button).

Access is woods roads from a gated (Weyerhaeuser) gravel road. Terrain is primarily flat; Martin Creek and branches thereof cross the tract. Pine site index averages ninety (90) feet (base age 50) on Guyton, Pheba-Savannah, Smithton-Pheba, and Amy silt soils. Timber consists of native pine and hardwood. Tract offers great hunting / recreation and timberland investment opportunity.

Based on inventory of merchantable timber conducted by Kingwood Forestry in April, 2018, estimated tree counts and timber volumes are as follows:
