Farm #1: This 160 +/- acres is located 5 miles north of Garber, OK on US 74. According to the Garfield County FSA there are approx. 74.24 acres of crop land with a 74.9 acre wheat base, and 28 bushel per acre yield. The balance of the farm is in good Bermuda and native grass pasture. There is a nice size pond, good fences, rural water along the highway, and excellent rural home sites. This is a highly productive grain/livestock farm.
