Location:This ranch is approximately 4-5 miles Northwest of Lueder’s, Texas on the west side of CR 223 in Jones County, Texas.

Terrain/Vegetation: Lightly rolling to flat in the draws & on the hill tops. The pastureland has a moderate to heavy cover of mesquite. The ranch has been lightly grazed and has an abundance of good native grass.
