TERMS: 10% down at conclusion of auction. Balance in certified funds at closing on or before November 30, 2012. Closing and Escrow agent to be Gregory Abstract and Title, 124 W Main, Osborne, KS. Buyer and Seller to share in all closing and title insurance costs equally.
POSSESSION: Tenants Rights to Neal Smith. Possession of grassland at closing and planted wheat cropland after 2013 harvest. Buyer will receive 1/3 of 2013 wheat crop. Seller is paying 1/3 of fall 12 chemical costs.
