From Aspermont, TX, take FM Road 610 for 10.3 miles west, turn left onto CR 440 for 0.9 miles. The gate is on the right side. From Abilene, TX, drive 24 miles north along US Hwy 277/US Hwy 83, then turn left onto US Hwy 83 for 34 miles. Turn left onto W Swenson Ave for .5 miles, continue straight on FM Road 610 for 9.8 miles, and turn left onto CR 440 for 0.9 miles.

A little over one hour from Abilene, this land is two hours or less from Lubbock, Midland, and Wichita Falls; just over three hours to Fort Worth.
