Description: Farm # 2807, Tract 1014: This half section is a combination of native grass and cultivated dryland. There are approximately 202 acres on the north portion that is native grass. The southern part contains approximately 117 acres and has been dryland cultivated acres for wheat, cotton, or other crops. There is an old windmill between the grass and farmland in unknown condition. It does not appear to have been used in years. There is an older irrigation well in the northeast corner in unknown condition but does not appear to have been used in many years. There is a good domestic well on the north part, next to the older house and barns, that appears to be in good working condition. A water line is plumbed into the center and bottom of a galvanized water tank for cattle/livestock. Electricity is located on the north side to the domestic well. There is a small set of pipe corrals on the north. The west boundary has a good barbed wire fence, and the other boundaries do not have a permanent fence. With the exception of only 5 acres in the northwest corner, all of this land could be broken out and farmed. There are 260.1 acres classified as Pullman clay loam with 0-1% slopes, which is the most desirable soil type for raising typical crops in this area. The other soil types are good as well. This could be kept as a combination place, or it could all be farmland, or it could all be planted to grass.
