These 5 sections are East and SE of Dimmitt between US Hwy 86 and US Hwy 194.
Section 342 is being farmed dryland and Section 27 is irrigated with a ½ mile sprinkler with water pumped from both Sections 342 and 27. There is a DAIRY PERMIT on Section 342. There are 4 wells on Section 27 with turbine pumps and electric motors. Section 342 has 5 wells; one of which has a turbine pump with electric motor and the other 4 have submersible electric pumps and motors. The sprinkler is nozzled at 1200 GPM and requires 6 to 7 of the wells to run it. The 1994 Valley sprinkler, all electric motors, all submersible pumps, and all control panels belong to the current tenant.
Sections 20, 23, and 24 are all sprinkler irrigated (see package inserts for specs on sprinklers).
These sections are nice farms that are well suited for milk processing plants (cheese plant, dehydration plant, etc), dairies, growing crops, for silage and feed grains, a large cattle operation as well as a prime cotton farm if desired.
