Tract Description: Tract is located within one (1) mile of Grandview Prairie Wildlife Management Area and two (2) miles from Columbus. Access is via woods road across from Arkansas Highway 73. Access road is not gated. Tract had timber cleanly harvested in 2019 and is ready for reforestation. Terrain is gently rolling. Site index for loblolly pine (base age 50) averages eighty-two (82) feet on fine sandy loam soils. This is a timberland investment property with recreational opportunities.
