This 334.56 +/- acre farm has approximately 800 ft of frontage on US Hwy 87 and would be a good location for a dairy. There are two 70-acre circles that are irrigated with one towable Reinke minigater sprinkler system. The sprinkler system is nozzled at 300 gpm and water is supplied by 2 wells. One well is 220 ft deep with a 3’ submersible electric pump supplying about 100 gpm. The second well is 180 ft. deep and produces 200gpm from about 150 ft with a 6’ turbine pump powered with a Chevy 292 engine on natural gas. A 4” plastic line connects the two wells and 8” plastic lines run to both pivot points.

In addition to the farmland, there are about 190 acres of grassland. There are both a windmill and a domestic well with a submersible electric motor and pump plus cattle pens and approximately 700 sq ft of cattle sheds near the highway. In addition, there is a one-room bunkhouse that is approximately 15 by 15 ft.
