The Wildbranch Forest Parcels are located in Vermonts Northeast Kingdom where small family farms, a largely forested landscape and widely scattered homesteads comprise the region. The Lowell Mountain Range is prominently visible along scenic Highway 14, which follows the Black River Valley en route to the land from the north or south. The parcels currently exist as one larger property but are offered for sale as three separate tracts (pending subdivision). In the old field parcel, the areas closest to the road are former pastures which has naturally revered to forest or been planted to spruce. These dry, level areas offer various suitable sites for camp development and creation of new fields. Further in, there is a large clearing where food plots can easily be established to enhance wildlife habitat.
