The Salley Breeder Farm is a breeder poultry operation that features four 40x500 houses; built in 2008 and 2011. They are equipped with GainTrac controllers, nipple drinkers (1 house), bell drinkers (3 houses), hen chain feeders and pan feeders for roosters. There are three wells and two 80KW generators. The houses are connected by a 3,840 sqft air-conditioned enclosure. There is a 1,000 sqft office/break room, a storage room, a bathroom with shower, and two 25ft cooler rooms. All four houses have new sidewall curtains and there are new tunnels doors on 2 houses. The cool cells in House 1 and 2 are only two years old. The farm is currently contracted with Amick Farms. Included with the farm is a 2004 1,216 sqft mobile home with a carport, storage shed, and 1600 sqft metal storage buidling. It has its own well and septic.
