Located in northern Maverick County southwest of Uvalde. This high fenced game ranch is situated in the midst of one of the most scenic areas of south Texas as well as one of the top counties for producing trophy white tail bucks. The terrain is typical of south Texas containing a wide variety of high protein brush species. There are numerous seasonal creeks as well as 6 earthen large stock tanks throughout the ranch. Improvements on the ranch include a refurbished 2BR/2BA lodge, a well house containing the water filtration system, walk in deer storage cooler and storage container unit, numerous turkey, quail and deer feeders, hunting blinds and a new feed wagon. A wildlife management program is in place under the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department MLD Program.
