This 349 acre tract is an inholding located within Shasta-Trinity National Forest, two miles north of the Yolla Bolly Wilderness, and 25 miles west of Red Bluff. White Rock Campground is located two miles northeast of the property. There is access to the northwest section of the tract from USFS Road 28N10.

In 2005, the Seller harvested an estimated 2.5 million board feet, or 50% of the volume, using primarily ground-based logging. There is a system of logging roads that provide access throughout the property. There was an estimated 2.5 million board feet of Douglas-fir (60%) and ponderosa pine (40%) on the property, however the property was impacted by fire and the current timber volume is unknown.
