This tract has approximately 1/2 mile woods road access to the northern boundary through company land. The property lies approximately 1/4 mile east of South River Road, approximately 7 miles southwest of Oakdale. The surrounding land use is for timber production.

Approximately 33 acres were planted with genetically improved 2.0 loblolly pine seedlings in January, 2007. The tract is showing excellent stocking levels and growth. Curtis Creek runs through the northeasat corner of the property. There is a streamside managment zone along this area where larger trees and rise in elevation make a beautiful vantage point for hunting and viewing.
