Turn west off Hwy 62/83 south of Childress, Tx onto FM 1440. Go approximately 4 miles,then turn on CR 166 that continues north and west for 1 miles. Make a right hand turn going due north on CR 169. The gate leading into the property will be approximately a half mile and on the left (west) side of the county road. This is the northeast corner of the acreage that runs along CR 169.
