Located 8 miles from Hamilton and 18 miles from Gatesville the ranch is about 115 miles north of Austin or about 40 miles west of Waco. Dallas and Fort Worth are within two hours. This ranch has northern Texas Hill Country terrain. There are spectacular long distance views throughout this ranch.

The ranch has been used as a cattle ranch for many years and has a well-designed set of working corrals made out of pipe and a 4,644 square feet livestock shed adjoining the corrals.

The property has community water available at the front gate, but the water well has always been a good water producer for the headquarters so the owners have never connected to the community water system.
