Located off of Highway 15 on Quatlebaum Rd. just 4 Miles North West of Altheimer lies, 36 surveyed acres of duck and deer hunting land. This tract features a large riparian area that attracts many different species of Waterfowl to the property. Several Mallards, Gadwalls, Teal, and even a blue bill or two were observed on the property during my walk through. It is also evident that several deer utilize the property as there are lots of tracks and rubs throughout the woods. Another benefit this tract has is that its surrounded by quite a bit of CRP hardwoods that don?t look to get a lot of hunting pressure. Its not all too often you find a place of this size that offers booth duck and deer hunting barely an hour from Little Rock.
