Location: This property is located northwest of Mt. Vernon, Oregon approximately 14 miles and southwest of Long Creek, Oregon approximately 14 miles. South of Fox Valley in the Black Butte area.

Wildlife: This area is known for its excellent hunting for deer and elk. The terrain is mostly steep with many timbered draws and a couple springs. There are also some very nice buttes and saddles that the wildlife cross and hang up in. There is also plenty of other animals including cougar, bobcat, coyote, turkeys, and grouse that frequent the property.

Water: There are a couple springs that start on the property and a creek runs through the corner of the acreage.
