This farm is all native warm season grass pasture with 3 ponds. The fences are generally good. There are some small to moderate sized cedar trees. There is electricity going by the east side where the old farmstead is located. The farm is well located on a hard surfaced road, 10 miles west of Oak Hill. This is the northeast corner of the farm, at the intersection of Treaty Road & 210th Road. There is access to the west end of the farm, on Treaty Road. The 2014 taxes were $790.70.

Terms: Ten (10) percent down, the balance due in 30 days. Possession will be given the day of the auction, upon payment of the down payment, signing the purchase contract and showing evidence of farm liability insurance.
