Blount Springs: This property is located along State Highway 31 in the beautiful Blount Springs area. State Highway 31 splits the tract allowing for frontage on both sides of the highway. Northwest of 31 the tract is steep with rock out cropping and lies on the south slope of Duffy Mountain. Southeast of the highway the topography is more moderate with a stream flowing through the property and very pretty mature hardwood and pine timber.
