The Green Acres North, East, South, & 4 Lots will be offered by lump sum sealed bid on Friday, February 22, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. Bids may be submitted for any tract.

Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. has been authorized to manage the sale of the Green Acres tracts further described on the following pages (see attached maps). The tracts are located about four (4) miles southwest of Bismarck with frontage on Green Acres Road, Stand Lane, Ozark Loop, Martha Lane and Natasha Lane. Timber consists of native pine and hardwood. Terrain is gently rolling. Soils consist of Carnasaw-Bismarck-Zafra complex, fine sandy loams and shaly loams. Tree site index for loblolly pine averages seventy-five (75) feet (base age 50). Utilities are available. These tracts offer development potential and are within one-half () mile of DeGray Lake. Small creek flows through South, East Tracts and through Lot 6. Corp of Engineers land borders west boundary of South Tract. Kingwood Forestry conducted inventories (four cruise lines per forty acres) of merchantable timber in January, 2019. Based on the inventories, estimated tree counts and timber volumes are below and on the following page. Due to variations in cruising methods, utilization standards, and scaling practices, tree counts and volume estimates cannot be guaranteed.
