Properties 126, 127 & 128 have been designated nonstrategic as part of Olsen Agricultural Enterprises LLC bankruptcy restructuring of farm and vineyard operations (Case #1162723) based in Monmouth, Oregon. The two farms are located near Brownsville and Tangent, Oregon and have excellent access to I5. They total 529 acres, with 427 acres, or 81% of the farmland, having water rights, providing a new owner with irrigation capacity to produce crops other than grass seed including blueberries and row crops (corn, beans and vegetables).

This 373 acre farm is located along the southwest boundary of the city of Brownsville, with frontage along Lake Creek Drive. Southern Pacific Railroad tracks are along the northwest section of the Farm. There are 271 acres with water rights for irrigation (Certificate #55948), with two onsite wells. The southern well has not been recently used, and will require a motor and power installation. The second well has been actively used, and has a pump and 60 hp electric motor. The wells are at depths of 200 feet, and tested at 600 GPM. Portable mainline and wheel lines are required. Historically, the Farm has been used for grass seed crop production. 1,600 to 1,700 pounds per acre of perennial ryegrass and 2,200 pounds per acre of annual ryegrass has been the fouryear average yield. Other crops which could be grown on the Koos Brownsville Farm are blueberries, filberts/hazelnuts and row crops.
