Farm is close to Rathbun Lake and the Chariton River. From the road you see a very straight and interesting old barn a great place to keep livestock and hay dry or maybe a place to turn into a getaway cabin. Around the weathered creek the owner has just complete a tree stand improvement project that will grow into a much thicker timber in a few years. The area is known for large Iowa Bucks.
