The Main Cabin (1,025 ) features an indoor flush toilet, wood-stove, propane cook-stove, fridge, large pantry and roomy dinning area where guests gather for family-style meals. The upstairs loft bedroom sleeps 2 & there is a big barbecue deck overlooking the ocean. Additional guest cabins include:

Eagle's Nest (500 ), sleeps 4 upstairs, has a bathroom with a flush toilet & a living room area downstairs with propane space heater.

Halibut Hole (675 ), has an apartment downstairs with a living/dining area that includes a small fridge, a regular propane stove/oven,a woodstove, and a bedroom area with a double bed. The two bedrooms upstairs are accessed via a private entry in the rear; one sleeps 2 (twin beds) & the other sleeps 3 (double bed & twin).

Loon's Nest (192 ) ,sleeps 4, and the Treehouse can accommodate 2.

The Bathhouse (400 sq. ft.) contains a large dry goods pantry and chest freezer, washer and dryer, shower stall, dressing room, and sauna. The 16X24 Workshop houses all the power tools and maintenance supplies. The Boathouse (400 ) is where all the fishing and kayaking supplies are stored and also houses the commercial vacuum sealer and upright freezer along with a work table for processing fish and meat. The Smokehouse can hold approx. 2 dozen salmon in one batch. Two Hoophouses totaling 1,800 square feet are used to grow organic vegetables plus there are additional outdoor garden beds. Complete with useful equipment including a Chevy pick-up truck, a 580D Case backhoe, gas-powered log-splitter, 4 kayaks, a 24-foot aluminum "bow-ramp" skiff with a Yamaha 225 outboard. This location in the Kupreanof Strait offers world-class fishing for cod, halibut, salmon, and rockfish, and fantastic opportunities for hunting Sitka Blacktail deer and Kodiak Brown Bears.
