The Bunn Road North and Bunn Road South Tracts will be offered by lump sum sealed bids on Friday, September 15, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Bids may be submitted for either or both tracts.

The Bunn Road North Tract (Listing #4843) is described as Part of SE of NE, Section 36, Township 9 South, Range 22 West, containing 38.5 acres, more or less, Clark County, Arkansas. Timber consists of 36 acres of merchantable, native pine / hardwood; remaining 2.5 acres of road right-of-way. Site index for loblolly pine (base age 50) averages eighty-one (81) feet on fine sandy loam soils. Terrain is gently rolling with creek. Tract offers timberland investment, hunting and recreation, and possible homesite / campsite near Exit 54 (Okolona Exit) on Interstate 30. Kingwood Forestry conducted an inventory of merchantable timber in April, 2021. Timber consists of 37 acres of merchantable, native pine / hardwood; remaining 3 acres of powerline and road right-of-way. Site index for loblolly pine (base age 50) averages eighty-one (81) feet on fine sandy loam soils. Terrain is gently rolling with creek. Tract offers timberland investment, hunting and recreation, and possible homesite / campsite near Exit 54 (Okolona Exit) on Interstate 30.
