he ranch consists of 381 acres of crop, with 220 acres being irrigated and 161 acres of dryland. There are 192 shares of water through the Delphia-Melstone Ditch (2 acre feet of water/share). There is a 2018 Zimmatic center pivot (6-tier/50 hp pump) in place that currently irrigates about 70 acres, however it is now capable of expanding full circle, creating an additional 40+ acres of irrigated ground. Approximately 72 acres are irrigated by 4 wheel lines (30hp pump), leaving the remainder to be flood irrigated by gated pipe.
