Comments - Hunting tract with income producing farmland just across from the Tensas River National Wildlife Refuge. This is a very diverse piece of property having approximately 225 acres in WRP and approximately 70 acres of cropland with a full cotton base at 829 lbs. The remainder is mature oak timber along the Tensas River and there are thousands of acres of timber just across the river in the Tensas Refuge and Big Lake WMA lending excellent backup. Whitetail genetics in this part of the state are as good as you will find anywhere proven by the famous McMurray buck taken only a short distance away. The camp is about a 1200 sq ft, 2 bedroom and 1 bath and there is also a large metal equipment shed on the property. The food plots are planted with soybeans for summer feed for all wildlife.
