TRACT DESCRIPTIONS: Silvicraft Tracts - Located roughly seven miles south of Fordyce, the Silvicraft Tracts provide +/-392 acres of timberland investment opportunity, including some merchantable timber, and excellent wildlife habitat for wildlife including deer, turkey and hogs. Tri-County Lake, the first Game and Fish Commission Lake built in South Arkansas, is located roughly five miles north of the property and features sport fishing for bass, crappie, catfish, bluegill and redear sunfish. Plantation Tract (Tract 1): This +/-160-acre tract consists of a +/-140-acre, well-stocked, investment-grade, 1-year-old pine plantation.
