Buyers Premium: 6% buyers premium or $10,000, whichever is greater based on high bid.

Closing: 30-Day closing, sold in As-Is, Where-Is condition, no contingencies.

Deposit Amount: 10% deposit of the Total Sale Price will be due with 48 hours of the sale. Bidders will provide the auctioneer with a deposit of $25,000 in the form of a bank cashier's check to bid on the property.

Broker Co-op: 2% of the high bid will be paid to a properly registered broker at settlement.
