Murphy Broiler Farm is an eight-house broiler farm located in the Abbeville section of Henry County. This farm has 8 42500 houses, six were built in 2008 and two were built in 2010. These houses have been updated along the way yet still will require some updates. This farm is raising the 9 lb. bird on a 60-day grow-out for Tyson Foods in Camilla, Georgia.

This farm sits on 40+/- acres and has an area for a mobile home. There is a dry stack barn on the property and bird disposal is handled by freezer units but will also require a different disposal method in the future. This farm also has two wells plus county water for backup.

Peyer Farms has two generators, Choretronic controllers, Precision Dimmers, LED lights throughout all the houses, a Choretime Feed system, and Ziggity Drinkers. This farm has tube heaters and solid sidewalls.
