Tract Description: The Railroad Tract is described as the SE of the NE , in Section 10, Township 14 South, Range 11 West, Bradley County, Arkansas, containing 40 tax acres, more or less.

The Railroad tract has 38 acres of pine sawtimber that is nearing financial maturity. The remainder of the tract is in railroad right of way.

Timber Inventory: The timber inventory conducted by Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. in August of 2014 was a 10% cruise of the timbered area and consisted of 38, 1/10th acre plots.
