the L' Aigle Creek Tract is offered on a sealed bid sale with a sale date of September 18, 2009. The timber on the tract consists of primarily a bottomland hardwood timber stand which is well stocked with large red oak, white oak, gum and miscellaneous sawtimber with a considerable
amount of hardwood pulpwood and some scattered very large pine sawtimber trees. The view through the forest is very open, offering great opportunity for hunting deer, turkey, wild hogs, squirrels and other wildlife species.
The tract is primarily bottomland hardwood, generally flat and located in the L’Aigle Creek bottoms. The soils are generally Bibb silt loam soils which offer above average site index for both oak timber and loblolly pine per the NCSS Web Soil Survey. L’Aigle Creek passes through
the eastern portion of the property with several channels that flow through the other areas of the tract.
