Description

The 40 acre tract is along the westfacing slopes of Mahogany Butte, overlooking the Mill Creek Drainage, 12 miles northeast of Prineville and 5 miles north of the Ochoco Reservoir. The tract is primarily junipercovered rangeland, with rock outcropping. There is no legal or developed physical access to the property. Mill Creek Road provides the closest public access to the tract, and is located one quarter mile to the west. The Ochoco National Forest is adjacent, to the north, with private lands to the west, south and east.

Location

Township 14 South, Range 17 East, Section 2, Tax Lot 500. From Prineville, proceed east 8 miles on Highway 26 to Mill Creek Road, and then proceed 4.1 miles north. The Auction Property is the southwest face of Mahogany Butte, onequarter mile east of the road.
