Native hardwood timber on 19 acres. Twenty-one acres of the subject was site prep sprayed in 2004 with 48 oz. Chopper and 32 oz. Accord/acre, burned, then planted in February 2005 with 2nd Generation Weyerhaeuser Atlantic Coastal loblolly pine seedlings followed by herbaceous weed control of 5oz. Arsenal and 1 oz. Oust/acre in April 2005. Soils consist of fine sandy loams and silt loams with site index for loblolly pine averaging 80 feet on fifty year base. A branch of Mill Creek crosses part of tract.
