Tract Description: Derrieusseaux Creek Tract (#4768) can be accessed via woods roads through adjoining timberland from northwest. Merchantable timber consists of mature bottomland hardwood. Derrieusseaux Creek, known for good quality hardwood production, passes through property. Site index for cherrybark oak (base age 50) averages eighty-five (85) feet on silt loam soils. Based on inventory of merchantable timber (one plot / acre with four cruise lines running north-south) conducted by Kingwood Forestry in March, 2020, timber volume estimates are as follows:
