Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. has been authorized to manage the sale of the Dyerock Tract (Listing #5163) described as SW¼ of SE¼, Section 35, Township 5 South, Range 17 West, containing 40 acres more or less, Hot Spring County, Arkansas (see maps).

The tract is located about six (6) miles east of Donaldson, Arkansas. Access is ATV trail via gated Dyerock Road. Timber consists of young pine plantation. Tract offers great opportunity for future timberland investment and hunting / recreation.
