The Personal 40 Tract (Listing #4604) is located approximately eight (8) miles southwest of Malvern, and five and one-half (5) miles northeast of Donaldson, and is described as the NE of SW, Section 8, Township 5 South, Range 18 West, containing 40 acres, more or less, Hot Spring County, Arkansas (Personal 40 tract see attached maps).

Tract Description: Access is gated woods road from Antioch Cemetery Road (lock combination 5-7-5-7). Timber consists of pine plantation that was sprayed in 2013 then planted in February, 2014 with genetically improved loblolly pine seedlings. Soils consist of fine sandy loams with site index for loblolly pine averaging eighty (80) feet on fifty (50) year base. Boundary lines consist of yellow, red, orange painted blazes and fence. Terrain is gently rolling with a small creek along the center of the tract. The tract offers opportunities for long-term timber investment, and recreational use.
