The property is being sold by sealed bid sale on Friday, February 5, 2015 at 3:00 P. M. Offers may be submitted for Land Only, Timber Only, or Land and Timber Combined. If the Land is sold separately from the Timber, the timber buyer will have a 24 month period in which to harvest the timber.

Tract Description: The tract is described as: SE of the SE of Section 36, Township 8 South, Range 8 West of Section 11, Lincoln County, Arkansas.
