LOCATION: From Haysville, KS go south on S Meridian St for 1 3/8 mile. Property is located to the west.

DESCRIPTION: 40 acres all to cultivation. Property has blacktop frontage off Meridian and would make for a great potential building site. Property will be offered as 2 20 acre tracts in the form of a multi-parcel auction. Survey will be provided by Seller if tracts are sold individually.

MINERALS: Sellers mineral interest will transfer to Buyer.

TAXES: $354.98 Taxes will be prorated to the day of closing.

POSSESSION: Possession will be upon closing.

TERMS: 10% down as earnest money deposit due day of auction with balance due on or before April 2, 2018. The Buyer and Seller shall split equally the title insurance and closing costs. Bidding is not contingent upon financing. Financing, if necessary, needs to be arranged and approved prior to the auction. The property is to be sold as is.
