Springhill, LAWebster Parish

The tract is located 5 miles southeast of Springhill and

approximately 35 miles northeast of Shreveport. Access is via a woods road across

adjoining timberland from Ponder Road southeast of the tract (Please contact Jimmy

Gildon at 318-846-2374 for access). Timber on the tract consists of hardwood

regeneration with 7 acres of open old field. Topography on the tract is gently rolling hills

with excellent views.
