The largest of the Roaring Creek offerings is a heavily wooded forest highlighted with a long stretch of Roaring Creek. This tract starts as mostly level to rolling and then slopes north leading down towards the creek. Predominantly composed of mixed hardwoods which are complemented by 150 acres of professionally managed pine stands. Boardtree Point is found near the northern edge of the property and presents a commanding view over and into Roaring Creek as it turns sharply around the point and converges with the Lick Branch. The creek side environment is amazingly beautiful with blooming rhododendron, mountain laurel and towering hemlock trees. A great trail system provides easy access down to the creek side and throughout much of the property. Only a 45 minute drive from downtown Chattanooga and just 20 minutes to Dayton. A good gravel drive provides access from Brayton Road and electricity is already in place.
