This 6-section ranch has 941.3 acres of farmland including 365.0 acres in CRP and approximately 455 acres irrigated under 4 pivot irrigation systems. Three of these systems are Reinke that are about 10 years old and cover approximately 125 acres each. The fourth system belongs to the farmland leasee and covers a partial circle of approximately 80 acres. A domestic well with submersible electric pump supplies water for the house. A paved road (FM 296) runs on the west and north side of the ranch and connects both US Hwy 87 and US Hwy 285.
