The ranch itself is a beautiful 414-acre high-country ranch located in the Gore Range Mountains, only 30 minutes from the town of Kremmling, Colorado. The ranch has outstanding views of the Continental Divide and direct access to over 40,000 acres of adjacent National Forest used for hunting, horseback riding, and ATVing on hundreds of miles of trails. The ranch has live water with several beaver ponds on Red Dirt Creek, where you can catch brook trout, or you can try your casting skills at the large fishing pond in front of the main lodge and social club, loaded with beautiful Rainbow Trout.

No ranch is complete without a beautiful horse barn, and the working barn at Latigo Ranch is just that, and includes saddling stalls and an outdoor arena.

The Ranch irrigates 100 acres +- for grazing of its livestock, currently consisting of 70 horses and 18 Yaks.

The ranches lodging can accommodate up to 34 guests and consists of 6 three bedroom cabins including Cow Camp, Gunsite, Hackamore, Lineshack, Riata and Tapedero. The ranch also incorporates 4 one bedroom cabins including Cinch, Riggin, Saddle Pad, and Bedroll. The ranch also has sufficient accommodations for up to 20 employees seasonally.
