LOCATION

The ranch is located approximately 25 southwest of Sonora with good access on Ranch Road 189, and a little over 2.6+/- miles of frontage.

WILDLIFE

The ranch has a good herd of whitetail deer and free roaming axis, hogs and other animals native to Sutton County.

WATER

This is a very well watered ranch that is supplied by 5 wells; 3 are powered by windmills and 2 are submersible pumps. There are a couple of tanks that retain water during rainy seasons. These could be enlarged and sealed to hold a larger volume of water.
