Terrain: The western portion of the ranch along the interstate has rugged mountain valley terrain with elevations around 7,400 feet, sloping upwards toward a high mesa. The eastern portion of the ranch is located on top of this mesa and elevations reach approximately 8,600 feet. Vegetation on the ranch consists of primarily mountain grasses and juniper, pinon, ponderosa pine and mountain oak.

Access: Access to the ranch is by a private entrance off of Interstate Highway 25.
