Located 6 miles southeast of Amity near the Antoine River with access of frontage on Skipper Creek Road, Skyline Drive, and woods roads. Contains 203 acres of native pine and hardwood, 13 acres of 2000 pine plantation, 50 acres of 2003 pine plantation, and 157 acres of 2007 pine plantation. The balance of the acreage is in pine/hardwood regeneration, creeks, and roads. Matthews Creek forms the northern boundary of the tract. Soils conssit of fine sandy loams with site index for loblolly pine averaging 85 feet on 50-year base.
